Join us this holiday season as we deck the halls in Streetsville and host the fourth annual
Christmas in the Village Weekend!
Help us bring this European-inspired Christmas market to life! We’re looking for artisan vendors to showcase their wares throughout the weekend, offering our event attendees a whole host of gift ideas, delicious treats and unique finds!
Market Hours:
Friday, November 22nd | 6 pm – 10 pm
Saturday, November 23rd | 12 pm – 10 pm
Sunday, November 24th | 12 pm – 3 pm
*In 2019 our Market Vendors will be housed in the Village Square, alongside mulled wine, craft beer, and live entertainment*

We’ll provide:
You’ll provide:
- 1 x 8’ rectangular table with black linen table cloth
- 2 x black chairs
- 1 x 10’x10’ tent stall
- Access to power outlets *no space heaters permitted*
- Promotion of the event in print, online, and social media channels
- Set up/tear down of all rentals listed
- Vendor Permit as required by the City of Mississauga
You’ll provide:
- Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance (can be purchased for a small fee from the City of Mississauga)
- Region of Peel Special Event Vendor Form (for vendors selling food & beverages)
- Products to be sold (of a holiday/gift nature)
- Staff for the booth from:
- 5 pm - 10 pm on Friday, November 22nd
- 11:30 am – 10 pm on Saturday, November 23rd
- 11:30 am - 3 pm on Sunday, November 24th
- Cash float/POS terminal (Square is an excellent mobile payment option)
- All necessary extension cords and power bars *must be approved by event staff*
- Booth decor and lighting
- BIA Business Members:
- $175 participation fee
- Completed registration form
- Non-Members
- $275 participation fee
- Completed application form
Vendor applications received by Tuesday, October 8th will be reviewed,
and those selected for the Christmas Market will be notified by Friday, October 11th.
